PeterMD sells a compounded GLP-1 with B12 (its semaglutide program) and a separate tirzepatide program. They're billed in different ways.

The tirzepatide number to plan around is $249 a month, charged three months at a time. The $149 only covers the start. On the GLP-1 + B12 program, the two levels are different packages for new and returning patients, so compare the totals and the weeks of supply, not just the monthly figure.

Who it suits
PeterMD is a men's health clinic first. One account covers testosterone therapy, ED, hair loss, NAD+, sermorelin and lab testing as well as weight loss. Its own process starts with bloodwork at a Quest location, up to 129 biomarkers, then a clinician review and a plan built from the results. If you want a GLP-1 alongside hormone care on one account, that's the fit. If you only want a GLP-1, the extra catalog doesn't do much for you.
Prices are FSA and HSA eligible. It says consultations are free and unlimited, and medication ships to your door.
Where it ships
Coverage depends on the product. The GLP-1 + B12 program isn't available in Alabama, Idaho, Alaska or Hawaii. Tirzepatide is excluded in Alabama and Idaho. Other treatments carry their own lists, so check the product you want before paying. The medication is compounded by licensed pharmacies that PeterMD doesn't name, and there's no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound option.
Refunds and auto-billing
This is the part to read twice. PeterMD's refund policy says all sales are final once medication arrives, and it won't refund unused product. The only exception is a damaged or defective item, and you have to email a photo within 24 hours of delivery to get a replacement.
Auto-renewing plans keep charging until you cancel. Cancellations go by email to its support address, and they must arrive at least 48 hours before the renewal date or you'll be billed for the next period. On the quarterly tirzepatide plan, that next period is three months. Set a reminder before each renewal if you're unsure you'll continue.
