ShapeIn Rx's semaglutide plans
ShapeIn Rx sells compounded semaglutide with B12 as a weekly injection, and its pricing page lists three ways to buy it.

The two dose-capped plans include the medication and a supply kit with a vial, syringes, wipes and a cooling pack, plus a tailored diet plan. You pay a $45 fee once for the doctor's prescription and $19 for shipping. The $249 monthly plan bundles provider access, the medication and free shipping into one price. Ask which plan fits your expected dose before you start, since the dose cap decides which tier you can stay on.
The homepage also advertises lower "starting from" figures than the pricing page shows. Go by the pricing page and check your total at checkout. HSA and FSA cards work. ShapeIn doesn't bill insurance but will give you receipts to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

ShapeIn also offers compounded liraglutide, a daily GLP-1 injection, which it advertises as its lower-cost option. Tirzepatide isn't available. The brand-name pages for Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound all say "coming soon," so you can't buy those through ShapeIn yet.
How the program works
You fill in an online health assessment, which is free. Then you have a one-on-one virtual consultation with a licensed medical professional, who builds your plan and writes the prescription if it's appropriate. ShapeIn says it serves patients in most U.S. states and checks your eligibility by location during that consultation.
Medication ships cold and confidentially, with follow-up from ShapeIn's nursing team. Every new patient also gets a free one-on-one session with a certified dietitian for a personalized meal plan. Existing patients message their care team through the patient portal, and refills go out automatically on your plan's schedule. You can reach support by call or text.
ShapeIn Rx is run by WellHealth LLC. It doesn't name a medical director or the compounding pharmacy that fills its prescriptions, so ask if that matters to you.
