Getting approved and getting your order
You fill out an online intake, and a board-certified U.S. provider reviews it. Joey Med says eligible patients may be approved within 24 to 48 hours. Its refund policy allows a longer window, up to five to seven business days, for the chart review and prescribing decision. If you book a scheduled visit, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, or you'll pay a $25 no-show fee.
Medication is dispensed by licensed pharmacies that Joey Med doesn't name, and it ships to all 50 states. Product pages say orders ship in one to two days, and the refund policy puts typical delivery at five to seven business days after shipping. An anti-nausea prescription, ondansetron, is available as a $49 add-on visit if you need it.
