TRT Kingdom Review: Price, Pros & Cons

TRT Kingdom is a hormone clinic first, and its weight-loss line sits beside testosterone, peptides and wellness drugs. It sells two compounded GLP-1 injections. The one it calls Compounded GLP-1 (the semaglutide class) is $149 a month, and Compounded GLP-1/GIP (the tirzepatide class) is $199 a month.

Both prices are for a 4-month plan. TRT Kingdom doesn't publish a month-to-month rate, so plan on committing to four months at the start. It doesn't take insurance for weight-loss treatment, but it accepts HSA and FSA cards for consultations, labs and medication. Lower-dose "microdosing" versions of both drugs are sold separately on the same account.

Because it started as a hormone clinic, TRT Kingdom builds its care around lab work. For weight loss, your provider decides whether you need labs based on your history. If you do, Kingdom emails you an order and you walk in or book a blood draw at a local LabCorp. You pay Kingdom for the labs, not LabCorp. Its FAQ says that for some treatments, lab testing is required every six months and costs $149, so ask whether that applies to your GLP-1 plan before you sign up.

The process starts with an online quiz and a free initial consultation. After that, and after any labs, Kingdom schedules a two-way video visit with a provider. You must be at least 21 to be treated.

Clinical care comes from REM Health Medical Group, P.A., whose providers decide whether you're eligible. Kingdom itself is based in Durham, North Carolina, and doesn't make medication. It says prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy but doesn't name it.

Kingdom also doesn't publish a list of the states it's licensed in. Its FAQ only says you must live in one, and its footer notes that not all treatments are available in all states. Check your state at the start of the quiz before you pay for anything.

The refund policy is short and strict. All sales are final, prescription products can't be returned, and payments for telehealth consultations aren't refunded, even if you turn out not to be eligible. The one exception is a pharmacy error in filling your prescription.

Orders ship by UPS or FedEx. Report a damaged or incomplete delivery within 48 hours, with photos, or it can't be claimed. Address changes have to go through staff by phone, text or portal message before your order is sent to the pharmacy. Updating the address in your patient portal alone won't change where it ships.
