Cabana Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Cabana advertises one "starting at" monthly price for weight-loss treatment, billed as a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time in the patient portal or by contacting support. Cabana says the price covers your medical visit, ongoing shipments and provider messaging, and each product is listed as including a membership.

Cabana doesn't break that price out by medication or dose, so the starting figure doesn't tell you what semaglutide costs next to tirzepatide, or whether the bill rises as your dose goes up. Ask for your price at your prescribed dose before you pay. Cabana doesn't require insurance, and says FSA or HSA eligibility depends on your plan.

Cabana offers a semaglutide injection, a tirzepatide injection and a daily semaglutide tablet, plus an NAD+ injection for energy. The tablet is taken once a day on an empty stomach with water. Its FAQ describes its GLP-1s as compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, while the product pages say some medications are FDA-approved and others are compounded. Ask which one you're being prescribed, especially for the tablet.

Cabana LLC, based in Dover, Delaware, isn't a medical provider. Its FAQ names Wasef Health, PC, under Michael Wasef, MD, as the clinical group, and says states that require a live visit will prompt you to book a video or audio appointment. Cabana advertises same-day provider review.

The FAQ names F&F Pharmacies, doing business as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, as its partner pharmacy. It says that pharmacy is licensed in 40 states, not in California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia or Delaware, and that it doesn't dispense sterile compounds. Ask who fills injections and whether Cabana can serve your state.

The weight-loss page promises free two-day shipping. Cabana's shipping policy says orders are processed in two to three business days, take four to twelve business days on average, and have shipping charges calculated at checkout. If a box arrives damaged, the policy says to file a claim with the carrier. Refills are requested from your dashboard and reviewed by your provider. Prescription products can't be returned, and all sales are final unless the pharmacy made an error filling your order.
