Its terms mention "provider review where required" and say any prescriptions must be handled by licensed providers or partners, but the order steps are simply order the kit, follow the plan and check in with support. The footer calls it a product "not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease" and says it hasn't been evaluated by the FDA. Before you buy, ask Shape Vantage in writing who prescribes the medication, which pharmacy makes it, and what dose and strength the kit contains.
Refunds and the fine print
Payments go through Stripe. The terms say payments aren't refundable once an order is accepted, the program begins or fulfillment starts. If you need to cancel, you're told to contact the company as soon as possible by email. Shape Vantage may refund an order at its discretion if it can't fill it or decides you aren't eligible.
