Where the value is

What Science & Co charges
Science & Co sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections. The regular price is $149 a month for semaglutide and $199 a month for tirzepatide, and it's the same at every dose.
The number in large type on each product page is lower. It's the twelve-month plan rate, shown with a "save" badge next to the regular price. Science & Co's own FAQ says the plans start at that low rate "on the 12 month plan," so the headline needs a year's commitment. Only those two figures are published for each drug. If you want a three- or six-month plan, you'll have to start the quiz to see the price.
The plan price covers the medication, supplies, free shipping and ongoing clinical monitoring. There's no monthly membership and no insurance needed, and HSA and FSA cards work. Before you choose the twelve-month plan, ask how it's billed and what happens if you stop early.

Brand-name options
Science & Co isn't compounded only. Its menu also lists Zepbound, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and the Foundayo pill, each prescribed by a U.S.-licensed provider and dispensed sealed by a licensed pharmacy. Those pages don't show a price, so ask during the quiz what a brand-name prescription would cost you each month. There's also a lower-dose "microdose" GLP-1 program, plus NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and testosterone.
Who makes the medication
Science and Co, Inc. says plainly in its footer that it isn't a 503A or 503B compounding facility. A state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares each prescription, and Science & Co says every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency. You can ask for a certificate of analysis for your prescription at any time. What it doesn't do is name the pharmacy, so ask which one will fill yours.
Getting started and canceling
The quiz takes about five minutes and asks about your weight, your goal, past GLP-1 use, and conditions like type 2 diabetes, thyroid history and pregnancy. A licensed provider reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If you're approved, medication ships free each month, and you can message your care team anytime. They check in on schedule and adjust your dose as you go.
Science & Co says there's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can pause or cancel from your account up to 72 hours before your next processing date. Canceling stops future orders, but it won't reverse one that's already been prescribed, dispensed or shipped.
