He & She MD prices compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by plan length: one month, three months, six months or twelve months. The longer the plan, the lower the monthly rate, and the price is the same at every dose. Each longer plan is billed as one charge for the whole term. Some of those prices are first-term offers: the fine print on the six-month plans says they renew at a higher regular six-month price after the first term, so check the renewal figure as well as the first charge. The $99 a month in its banner is the twelve-month semaglutide rate, paid as a single annual charge.

He & She MD's own numbers don't line up across its site. The plans menu now lists monthly semaglutide at $199 and tirzepatide at $299, while their injection product pages quote $249 and $339 for one month. The three- and six-month figures also differ across those pages. Before you pay, confirm the exact total and term in the checkout, and ask what a month-to-month plan costs if you don't want to prepay.

Every plan includes the medication if prescribed, injection supplies, shipping, ongoing provider support and unlimited messaging. There's no membership fee and no insurance requirement, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. You're charged only if a clinician prescribes.

He & She MD names its people. Its chief medical officer is Dr. Ozita Cooper, board certified in obesity and emergency medicine, and its clinical provider group is Wasef Health, PC. You complete an online assessment of about five minutes, a licensed U.S. provider reviews it within about 24 hours, and He & She MD says approved medication arrives in a few days.

It also names its pharmacies: F&F Pharmacies, which does business as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy in Fairfield, Ohio, and Specialty Medical Drugstore, which does business as GoGoMeds. Its FAQ adds a caveat about the first. It says that pharmacy is licensed in 44 states, can't dispense sterile compounds, and has no license in ten states, including California, Texas and New Jersey. Injectable GLP-1s are sterile compounds, so if you live in one of those states, ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription.

For GLP-1s, He & She MD ships to every state except Louisiana. It doesn't ship to PO boxes. Besides the injections, it offers oral and microdose versions, and its clinicians can also prescribe brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound.

He & She MD pairs the medication with an app for daily coaching, refills and messaging your provider. It also sells NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, hormone therapy and hair treatments, each on its own plan. Its terms allow cancellation through your account or by email, while fees already paid are non-refundable. Ask how that applies to the exact prepaid term before committing to six or twelve months.
