Bionomy Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Bionomy is a men's health brand that sells compounded GLP-1s alongside testosterone, peptides and longevity treatments. Its weight-loss prices are published before you start:

Treat the $189 as a starting rate, not a flat one. The product card labels it "Starter," and your dose is adjusted every four weeks, but there's no published price for higher doses. Ask what you'd pay at the dose you expect to reach.

The add-on packs are supplements sold separately. Bionomy pairs every GLP-1 plan with its Muscle Preserve protocol and a written training note, but the pack has its own price, so check which items are in your cart.

The intake is free and needs no card. Afterward you see a suggested protocol with line-item prices, add a card and approve what you want. Bionomy only places a hold. Your card is charged once a licensed practitioner signs off, usually within 24 hours, and anything not approved is refunded automatically.

Bionomy's FAQ says there's no membership and no subscription lock-in: you pay per refill and can pause and come back. Its checkout now offers a one-month or three-month plan, so look at which one you've picked before you pay.

Intakes are read by founding physician Dr. Pranav K. Sharma, MD, who is board-certified in obesity medicine, internal medicine, nephrology and critical care, or by another board-certified physician in his network. No video call is required, and dose changes and refills are handled in chat. Practitioners review your protocol every 90 days.

Medication is compounded by Strive Pharmacy and Absolute Pharmacy. It ships cold-packed within five business days of approval, and a signature is required on delivery. Bionomy ships to 48 states, every state except Alaska and Hawaii.

You can cancel any protocol from your dashboard at any time with no fee. If you cancel before the next fill ships, you aren't charged for it.

Medication can't be returned. Bionomy refunds or reships in three cases:

• The wrong drug, dose or quantity arrives. Email a photo of the label within seven days.
• A package is lost or damaged in transit. It's reshipped once the carrier trace is done.
• You and your practitioner decide within 30 days of approval that the protocol isn't right for you. Bionomy refunds half of the most recent fill.

Changing your mind after a fill ships isn't refundable, and neither is stopping on your own without talking to your practitioner.
