Fresh Day's four plans per drug
Fresh Day Meds sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on one-month and three-month plans. The three-month plans come in two versions: a cheaper one for people new to GLP-1s, limited to low starting doses, and one for people transferring from another provider at any standard dose.

The "from $99" in Fresh Day's ads is the new-patient three-month semaglutide plan, which covers only the 0.22, 0.44 and 0.88 mg starting doses. Each plan includes the telehealth review, medication, injection supplies and free expedited cold-chain shipping, with no membership fee. Your price stays locked while the same plan is active, even if your dose goes up.

Watch the renewal clock
Fresh Day's subscription terms say its one-month GLP-1 plans renew every 23 days, and its three-month plans every 83 days. That's shorter than a calendar month or quarter. Over a year, a one-month plan is charged about 16 times, so $140 a month works out closer to $2,200 a year than $1,680.
The terms also say $75 of each automatic renewal payment counts as the consultation fee. It isn't added on top, but it's kept if customer service later manages to get you a courtesy refund.
Approval and the provider call
At checkout, Fresh Day places a hold on your card for the plan total. It captures the money only after a licensed clinician approves and prescribes. If you aren't approved, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
If the physician needs to call you and you don't answer or call back, Fresh Day charges a $75 no-show fee and cancels the order. Keep your phone on after you submit the intake. If you're switching from another GLP-1, Fresh Day supports the standard brand-name doses, up to 15 mg of tirzepatide, so you don't have to restart at the bottom. Prescriptions are filled by Boudreaux's New Drug Store or Promise Pharmacy, depending on routing and availability. Fresh Day doesn't name its individual prescribers.
Pausing, canceling and refunds
You manage the subscription in the patient portal under Billing Management. A change counts only when the portal or the support team confirms it, and opening a support ticket doesn't stop the next refill. Canceling future refills is free, but it doesn't refund a renewal that's already been charged, and restarting later means paying whatever Fresh Day charges then.
Pausing keeps your current price, with no restart date, and you confirm the charge when you come back. Refunds after a charge aren't guaranteed. Customer service may try for one as a courtesy, and prescription medication can't be returned.
