The "from $99" in Bayan's ads is the microdose price. Standard-dose injections are the $129 and $149 lines. The injections and orforglipron tablets are compounded and are not FDA-approved. The tablets are not the Foundayo brand.

Billed monthly, shipped three months at a time
This is the part to understand before you buy. If you're approved for the standard semaglutide injection, Bayan sends three months of medication at once, but bills you $129 each month. Bayan's product listing says the weight program carries a 90-day commitment, billed monthly, that can't be canceled during that period. After 90 days it renews month to month.
The terms add a notice period. For recurring protocols, you have to opt out at least 15 days before the next cycle begins. Miss that and Bayan can charge you and start a new 60- or 90-day protocol, depending on your program. Its FAQ says you can cancel from your account or through support, with details in your plan terms, so read those at checkout.
Who treats you
Bayan was founded by Virginia Ondik, a nurse anesthetist. It doesn't practice medicine itself. Care comes through MD Integrations, a physician network founded by Dr. Serota, which Bayan says gives patients access to more than 50 licensed physicians.
The weight program steps are a secure intake form, a telehealth video visit with a licensed provider, then a treatment plan. If you're prescribed, a licensed U.S. pharmacy fills the order and ships it in temperature-controlled packaging. Bayan's FAQ says it serves patients in all 50 states, subject to clinician approval and pharmacy availability. It doesn't name its pharmacies, only that they're licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies.
Before you start
- Budget for at least three monthly payments, since the first 90 days can't be canceled.
- Put a reminder 15 days before each renewal if you plan to stop.
- Ask which pharmacy will fill your order.
