WeightlessRx sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as once-weekly injections. There's no membership fee and no consultation fee on top, and the price is the same at every dose. It covers unlimited clinician messaging, supplies, labs when your clinician requires them, and shipping.

The advertised three-month totals are $500 for semaglutide and $700 for tirzepatide, shown as $167 and $233 per month after rounding. The banner offers a monthly or a three-month plan. The three-month plan carries the lower rate, is billed as one charge for a three-month supply, and comes with a promise that you keep that price for life. The FAQ goes further and says every plan is a three-month supply, so confirm at checkout whether you're paying for one month or three. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide, and its plan adds priority shipping in 24 to 48 hours.

Nothing is due when you sign up. Your card is authorized and charged only if a clinician approves you. WeightlessRx doesn't take insurance; it says most members pay with an HSA or FSA card and it'll send a superbill on request.

WeightlessRx is run by Weightless Rx LLC, a Wyoming company formed in 2025, and says it has no connection to WeightRx. It works with independent U.S.-licensed clinicians and doesn't name a medical director. The intake takes about 90 seconds, a clinician reviews it, and a short video visit is usually available within 24 hours. If you're approved, the first shipment leaves within three to five business days, and the site describes follow-ups every 28 days; confirm whether your prepaid supply ships together or in separate refills.

The compounding pharmacy is VitaScripts Pharmacy. WeightlessRx says each batch passes potency, sterility, pH and endotoxin testing before it ships, and that it serves all 50 states. If you're switching from another GLP-1 program, list your current drug and dose in the intake; your clinician may continue you near that dose rather than starting over.

Beyond the medication, the plan includes a GLP-1 fitness app, on-demand workouts, personalized meal plans, one-on-one nutrition coaching, a recipe library, monthly live sessions and a member community. Your clinician can switch you between semaglutide and tirzepatide, and WeightlessRx says dose changes don't cost extra. Billing and account support answers by email or text on weekdays.

There's no cancellation fee, but you have to cancel by email or text at least five business days before your next billing date. A request inside that window takes effect the following cycle, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You can also pause for up to 90 days without being billed. Medication can't be refunded once it's dispensed.
