From intake to delivery
The health intake is online and asks for a photo ID and a picture of yourself. A licensed U.S. provider reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and the consultation costs nothing extra. If you're approved, the prescription goes to a U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacy. MyFastRx doesn't name it, but its terms let you send the prescription to a pharmacy of your choice if you email support before ordering.
Most people get their medication five to seven days after finishing the intake. Orders usually ship Monday through Thursday, in temperature-controlled, unmarked packaging. Put the vial in the fridge as soon as it arrives. The medication may have a red or pink tint, which MyFastRx addresses in its FAQ.
On multi-month plans, medication ships three months at a time.
Canceling and refunds
Before an order ships, you can cancel, change your address or update your card from your account. If nothing has been sent to the pharmacy, you get a full refund. Once a prescription has been dispensed or shipped, the sale is final, and refunds aren't given just because you're unhappy with results.
Prepaid plans have a clear formula. You can cancel the part that hasn't gone to the pharmacy yet, but the months you've already received are repriced at the shorter plan's rate. MyFastRx's own example: a $948 twelve-month semaglutide plan canceled after six months is repriced at the $534 six-month price, so $414 comes back. There's no separate cancellation fee.
