Elevated Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Elevated Health sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections. The price is the same at every dose, and there's no membership fee. Each plan covers the provider consultation, the prescription, the medication with injection supplies, and free expedited shipping.

The month-to-month plan has a discounted first order. After that, semaglutide is $296 a month and tirzepatide is $359 a month. Longer prepaid plans lower the monthly rate:

The first-order discount is listed at two different amounts in different places, so check the figure at checkout. Budget on the regular monthly price, since that's what you'll pay from month two. Elevated doesn't take insurance, but it says most visits and prescriptions are HSA and FSA eligible.

You complete a three-minute online intake, choose a plan and pay. A licensed provider reviews your health profile within one business day, often sooner, and decides whether the treatment fits. If you're approved, the prescription goes to a state-licensed pharmacy in Elevated's network. Medication ships within 24 hours of approval in temperature-controlled packaging, and most first orders arrive in two to three business days.

Elevated doesn't name its prescribers or its pharmacies. The company behind it is Elevate Your Wellness LLC, registered in Wyoming. It also sells brand-name Ozempic and Wegovy at much higher cash prices, plus testosterone, NAD+ and sermorelin. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Elevated says you can cancel any time from the patient portal, with no fees or long-term contract. Canceling doesn't stop an order already sent to the pharmacy, so email support quickly if one is pending. Its order help also says orders are prepaid and no future order is placed unless you check out again. Ask support whether your plan renews automatically before you buy.

Medication sales are final once compounding starts. The exception is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the first month of a month-to-month plan, one claim per patient, requested within 30 days of delivery. It covers side effects you can't tolerate, an onboarding problem support didn't fix, or medication that never arrived because of an error on Elevated's end. It doesn't cover a change of mind or price. Prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month plans can't be refunded once compounded.
