WePeptideRx sells premixed, ready-to-inject compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and it publishes a price for every dose. Compounded semaglutide starts at $189 for a 30-day supply at 0.25 mg a week. Compounded tirzepatide starts at $199 for a 30-day supply at 2.5 mg a week. Each step up in dose costs more, so the starting figure is the floor, not what you'll pay at a maintenance dose.

The site also lists a compounded oral semaglutide tablet and brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro options. Brand-name supplies are listed separately on a 28-day basis.

The 90-day program is paid in one charge. It starts you at a lower dose and steps you up over three months, and it locks that price for the term. New patients also see a discount on the first order, applied automatically at checkout.

WePeptideRx calls its prices all-in. The figure covers the provider consultation, the medication, single-use syringes, alcohol pads, dosing instructions and priority shipping, which usually takes three to five business days. There's no membership fee and no insurance billing. Monthly doses also include glycine, and your clinician can add vitamin B12, pyridoxine or methylcobalamin at no extra cost. The 90-day program includes B12 but not glycine.

One add-on sits outside the base price. If you have recent lab work, such as a metabolic panel, HbA1c, lipids or thyroid, a provider review of it at your consultation costs $10 more.

Checkout comes before any medical review. WePeptideRx says your payment reserves a consultation and locks your medication price. You then fill in a health intake of about five minutes, and a licensed U.S. provider meets you by secure video within 24 hours, reviews your answers and picks your dose. If the provider doesn't approve a treatment, that item is refunded in full to your card, usually within five business days.

The medical director is Dr. Hridyesh Nat, MD. Prescriptions are written through a third-party telemedicine provider network and filled by state-licensed compounding pharmacies, which WePeptideRx doesn't name. The company itself is PureRx Biotech Inc., based in Boca Raton, Florida.

You can cancel or pause at any time, but it has to happen before your next billing cycle, and the refund policy says to request it through the support team by email. Once compounded medication is dispensed and shipped, it can't be returned or refunded. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, report it within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. A package lost in transit is replaced if the carrier can't find it.
