How Luma prices treatment
Luma Health Co. is a small virtual clinic run by nurse practitioners, and it doesn't sell a subscription. There's no monthly membership and no recurring plan. Instead, it prices compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by the dose, one four-week supply at a time.
That means your cost changes as your dose does. Its price list has five semaglutide steps, from 0.25 mg up to 2.5 mg, and six tirzepatide steps, from 2.5 mg up to 15 mg. Each step up costs more than the one before. Check the current list for the dose your provider expects you to reach, not just the starting dose, and ask whether the consultation is billed separately.
Luma doesn't take insurance. It accepts credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA funds, and some financing plans, and it can give you an invoice to submit to your HSA or FSA. Under federal rules you can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost before you start.

You start by booking a consultation online. The provider builds a plan around your goals, health history and labs, and Luma says treatment can often begin within three to four business days of that first visit. Besides semaglutide and tirzepatide, it offers NAD+ and B12 injections.
