You take a short online assessment and choose a supply option. A licensed provider then reviews your history, current medications and any labs before deciding whether to prescribe. Semaglutide comes in five injection strengths and tirzepatide in six. Your provider sets the dose, and may prescribe something for nausea during the early weeks.

Lumora says it has licensed providers in all 50 states, though treatment options can vary by state. Medication is dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacy partners, which it doesn't name. Some care plans are recurring subscriptions billed at the frequency shown at checkout. They renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do in your account settings or by emailing support before your next billing date.

Charges are generally non-refundable once an order is processed. Exceptions cover damage, loss in transit, or a treatment becoming unavailable. In that last case you may get a prorated refund for the unshipped part of a prepaid plan, an alternative, or a credit.
