One payment, not a subscription
CoraDoc sells its compounded GLP-1s as fixed-length programs you pay for once. There's no subscription and nothing renews on its own. The monthly prices it advertises are the program total spread across its months:

So $99 a month means paying for six months upfront. The site shows the plan in Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm installments, and you can use an HSA or FSA card, but write down the full amount you're charged at checkout. CoraDoc's banners also run sales with lower "from" prices. Check whether one is live, and what it applies to, when you buy.
Every program includes CoraDoc's "Triple Free Promise": a free provider visit, free two-day shipping and free supplies. There's no insurance billing.

A video visit comes first
CoraDoc requires a video consultation for new patients. You fill out a medical history, the team books a telehealth appointment, and you're sent your assigned provider's profile beforehand. If you'd rather see someone else, you can ask to switch. CoraDoc's founder and CEO is Dr. Joseph Palumbo, a board-certified emergency physician, and its providers are U.S. physicians and nurse practitioners.
If the provider prescribes, the prescription goes to CoraDoc's partner compounding pharmacy within about 24 hours. Shipping takes three to five business days from processing, and CoraDoc puts the average time from consult to shipment at 48 hours. After the first visit, you can move to monthly check-in surveys and a maintenance program instead of more video visits. CoraDoc doesn't name its pharmacy.
When you can get money back
Paying covers the provider's time, and it doesn't guarantee a prescription. If you're not approved, the provider may suggest an alternative. If that doesn't work for you, CoraDoc offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all payments.
Once your order is placed, a refund is possible only if the pharmacy hasn't started preparing or shipping your medication. Contact the care team right away by email or phone. After your prescription is in progress or has shipped, there's no refund. With a six-month program, that means the remaining months can't be refunded once the order starts.
