Ozari's two plans and what they cost
Ozari sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on two plans, and the one you pick decides both the price and the pharmacy. The $86 and $125 figures in its ads belong to Ozari One, a quarterly-only plan. You're billed every three months and the medication ships as a three-month supply in one box. Ozari One isn't available in California, and it comes in one formulation only: the drug with vitamin B12 added.
Ozari Select costs more but gives you a choice of billing and formulation (with B12, with glycine, or no additives), and it's open in all 50 states.

Who prescribes and who fills it
You complete an online intake in under 10 minutes. A licensed physician reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and no in-person visit is required. Ozari says it runs the platform and doesn't practice medicine. Its physician review network is Arora Health, and the doctors it names include Dr. Sean Arora and Dr. Michael Wasef.
Ozari names its pharmacies, which is useful. Ozari One is filled by Absolute Rx, Liberty Compounding Pharmacy or White Label Pharmacy, assigned by availability, and you can't choose. Ozari Select is filled by Hallandale Pharmacy or VialsRx Pharmacy, depending on your formulation. All five are described as 503A sterile compounding pharmacies in Florida or Texas, and your label shows which one made your medication.
Once approved, a prescription ships within one to two business days and usually arrives in three to five, cold-packed. After that you can message your provider in the patient portal for dose changes and side effects.
Canceling and refunds
You get a full refund if a provider decides treatment isn't right for you before any prescription is issued. Once a prescription has gone to the pharmacy, that shipment is final, including the medication, consultation and platform fees.
On monthly and quarterly billing, cancel before the next cycle is sent to the pharmacy and you won't be charged for it. Semi-annual and annual plans are billed up front but ship in three-month installments. Cancel one early and Ozari reprices the months you've used at the monthly rate ($175 for semaglutide, $235 for tirzepatide) and refunds whatever is left.
The window between checkout and the pharmacy is short. Ozari says a text message is the fastest way to stop an order; email may be too slow.
