What Novi charges, month to month and by the quarter
Novi sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price for every dose. The big "$99" on its homepage is the 3-month semaglutide rate, billed as $297 every three months. If you'd rather pay one month at a time, semaglutide is $129 a month.

The homepage frames all of this as a seasonal promotion, with a countdown clock and "was $299" pricing. Novi's own fine print says promotional pricing is subject to change, so check the total in your cart before you pay.

Brand-name pens
Novi also lists Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound, each "started at $1500." That's a very different budget from the compounded plans, and Novi doesn't break the brand prices down by dose or say how they're billed. Ask before you choose one.
Who prescribes and who fills it
Novi says it's a technology and administrative company. It doesn't practice medicine or run a pharmacy. Independent U.S.-licensed providers review your free two-minute evaluation and decide whether to prescribe, and treatment is for adults 18 and older.
The medication is made by independent state-licensed pharmacies or outsourcing facilities. Novi doesn't name them up front. They're identified in your order confirmation emails, so look there if you want to know who made your vial. Novi says the whole process, from approval to delivery, usually takes two to three days.
Canceling and refunds
Novi advertises cancel-anytime billing. Its refund policy is short: because of the nature of the products, it can't accept returns. If something goes wrong, it asks you to contact support so it can work out a solution. Support is by email, seven days a week, and medical questions go to your provider through the patient portal.
