HealthSource Review: Price, Pros & Cons

HealthSource Online sells three GLP-1 programs: compounded semaglutide injections, compounded tirzepatide injections and an oral tirzepatide program. Each is a subscription billed every four weeks, not once a calendar month. That works out to 13 charges a year, so multiply the four-week price by 13 to see what a year really costs.

The listed starting prices are $199 for semaglutide injections, $299 for tirzepatide injections and $399 for oral tirzepatide per four weeks. They are "from" figures, and none of them is tied to a dose. The oral tirzepatide program costs more than either injection. Ask what you'll pay once you're on your working dose, not just the first one.

The program price covers a monthly telehealth visit, the prescription medication and supplies, and round-the-clock messaging with your doctor. HealthSource also sells sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and sexual health products on the same account.

After you submit a medical questionnaire, a board-certified physician gives you a same-day consultation. Prescriptions are written through MD Integrations, a physician-only clinical network, and you message your prescribing doctor through its secure portal. HealthSource doesn't list individual doctors by name.

Once you're approved, a U.S. 503A partner pharmacy, which prepares each order for a named patient, compounds the medication and ships it to your door, usually within three to five business days with tracking. HealthSource doesn't name the pharmacy. Its prescriber network covers all 50 states.

Each refill depends on a monthly reassessment. HealthSource says if you don't fill out that reassessment, the recurring payment is automatically refunded. Keep up with the form if you want your next box to ship on time.

HealthSource takes payment directly. Its payment policy says it won't honor vouchers from outside platforms for established patients unless HealthSource issued them, so a deal you bought elsewhere may not apply to later refills.

You can cancel a subscription from your account settings for the end of the current billing cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable. Once a prescription has been sent to and processed by the pharmacy, the order cannot be refunded or returned.

If a shipment is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact support within 24 hours of delivery. Confirm any exception before assuming an order can be stopped.
