Lavender Sky Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Lavender Sky Health works differently from a monthly subscription. You pay a flat fee for each consultation, $65 for a new-patient visit and $40 for a follow-up, and then pay for medication when you order it. There are no memberships and no automatic billing. Lavender Sky says that if you don't order anything, nothing comes out of your account.

Follow-ups are due every six months on an active plan and every twelve months on maintenance dosing, with refills available in between. You can meet your provider by phone, video or, in eligible states, an e-consult. Lavender Sky doesn't bill insurance or handle prior authorizations, but HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

For compounded GLP-1s, Lavender Sky works like a marketplace. Roughly ten partner compounding pharmacies each set their own price, formula and vial sizes, and you choose one that ships to your state. Shipping and supplies are included in each price.

The simplest option is a one-month starter supply, offered by only some pharmacies. The lowest starter prices are $139 for semaglutide through Southend Pharmacy and $149 for tirzepatide through ReviveRx. Most of the price list is made up of prepaid plans instead:

• Tier plans cover roughly eight to ten weeks, and the tier you buy matches your weekly dose. New patients start at Tier 1. Moving to a higher tier requires proof of your current prescription.
• Extended plans cover three to four months, paid once upfront, with at least three vials.

Prepaid plans lower the cost per month a lot, but you're buying a fixed amount of medication in advance. Lavender Sky suggests trying a monthly or tier plan before an extended one. Pharmacies take two to seven business days to process and ship.

Lavender Sky's providers can also prescribe Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo. These run on a $25 monthly treatment plan that covers sending the prescription and ongoing support. The drug itself is bought separately, from your pharmacy, LillyDirect or NovoCare. Compounded liraglutide and a sublingual semaglutide are listed too. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Prepayments can be refunded on request within 180 days of purchase, minus a 5% card processing fee. Once a prepayment has been applied to an invoice, it can no longer be refunded. Lavender Sky serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C., but not every pharmacy ships every drug to every state, so check coverage for yours before you book.
