Fitstry Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Fitstry is the GLP-1 program of Weightstry, a telehealth practice, and it bills every four weeks. On the month-to-month plan, which you can cancel anytime, compounded semaglutide is $249 a month and compounded tirzepatide is $339 a month. A daily dissolvable tablet is also offered, at $279 a month.

Fitstry's cards advertise lower "starting at" figures than these. They aren't tied to a stated plan length, so ask which plan and dose a quoted price belongs to before you rely on it. The month-to-month price is the safe number for a budget.

For a limited time, Fitstry isn't charging its program fee, so you pay only for medication. Its refund policy describes a membership fee billed monthly or quarterly, so ask whether that fee will start later and what it would be.

• A free four-minute assessment about appetite, energy, weight history and health, which builds what Fitstry calls your Living Profile.
• A licensed clinician's review, usually within about four hours.
• A lab panel (CMP, A1c, lipids and TSH) through Quest or Labcorp, included when you use the labs Fitstry orders. Labs are recommended but not always required to start.
• Unlimited messages or visits with your care team, a coach every two weeks, and a 24/7 care line.
• An optional anti-nausea prescription when your clinician thinks it's appropriate.
• Free, discreet shipping every four weeks. Approved orders ship within 48 to 72 hours.

The clinical protocols are set by Dr. Sergio Naccarato, MD, a board-certified physician, but your own care comes from a clinician licensed in your state. Fitstry doesn't name the compounding pharmacy that fills your prescription. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.

You pay for your first month of medication at checkout. If a clinician doesn't approve you, that first month is refunded in full, automatically, and the order is canceled. Once you're approved, the pharmacy bills the card you saved, separately from any program fee.

The written refund policy, from Weightstry, LLC, adds three guarantees:

• A 30-day refund of the membership fee if the program isn't a fit. It doesn't cover medication, labs or pharmacy charges.
• A refund of a medication's cost if, after your first labs, your clinician decides it isn't clinically appropriate.
• One clinician switch in your first 60 days.

Dispensed medication can't be returned. Outside those guarantees, medication and lab refunds follow the pharmacy's and lab's own policies.

Cancel by emailing the patient-care team or calling the number in the refund policy. Canceling stops future billing, and access lasts through the period you've already paid for. Fees for the current period aren't refunded outside the 30-day guarantee.
