Revel RX Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Revel RX sells two compounded injections at one monthly price each, whatever your dose. Semaglutide is $89 a month and tirzepatide is $155 a month. Revel says there's no membership fee, and its plan cards list the online doctor consult and free overnight cold shipping as included. Its FAQ adds a caution: pricing depends on the medication and the length of your program, and the consultation and medication may be billed separately. Check the charge on your program page before you confirm.

Revel doesn't take insurance. It suggests asking your plan administrator whether HSA or FSA funds can be used. Multi-month refill plans with a lower monthly cost are offered inside the patient portal.

Revel's billing works differently from a standard subscription. It doesn't charge your card on a schedule. When you need more medication, you log into the portal, open the refill section, complete a short health check-in, review the drug, dose, address and amount, and confirm the order yourself. Only then is your card charged.

That means nothing renews by surprise, but it also means a refill won't arrive unless you ask for it. Leave time for the check-in, the pharmacy and shipping before your last dose.

Revel is a telehealth and fulfillment platform, not a medical practice. Its clinicians come from MD Integrations, a national physician network, and a licensed clinician usually reviews your assessment within 24 hours. You'll need to upload a photo ID and a selfie, and some states require a video visit or live chat. In Rhode Island, Vermont, California and Massachusetts, Revel names the specific doctor assigned to your care.

Two compounding pharmacies may fill your prescription: Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, and Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in Springville, Utah. Packages don't need a signature. Treatment is for adults 18 and older.

You can cancel any time in the portal or by email, and it takes effect for future orders right away. Shipped medication can't be returned or refunded. Refunds are available for a duplicate charge, a charge made after you canceled, a package the carrier confirms lost, or a fulfillment error you report within five business days of delivery. Approved refunds take five to ten business days.

Revel asks that you contact support before disputing a charge with your bank, and charges disputed more than 60 days later without contacting support first aren't eligible.
