PrideRx Review: Price, Pros & Cons

PrideRx sells access to brand-name weight-loss drugs, not the drugs themselves. You pay PrideRx a membership for the doctor and prescription management, and the drug maker's own pharmacy program bills you for the medication. PrideRx says it never handles or resells the drug.

The membership is $25 for the first month, then $99 a month. The medication is a separate charge, and PrideRx prints the starting-dose price for each one:

Those drug prices are for the starter dose. PrideRx doesn't list what higher doses cost, so ask the dispensing pharmacy before you step up. Everything is month to month and cash pay. PrideRx doesn't take insurance, and there are no bulk discounts.

One line on the homepage says the fee covers "doctor, meds & shipping." For these weight-loss drugs it doesn't. The weight-loss pages and the footer both say medication is billed separately.

PrideRx doesn't sell compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Its weight-loss program is built on FDA-approved, manufacturer-made drugs: Zepbound by injection, and the Wegovy and Foundayo pills for people who'd rather avoid needles. You don't have to pick one before you start. The intake is the same, and your provider helps choose or confirms your preference.

The same account covers PrEP, doxy-PEP, ED, hair loss and other men's health treatments. New cash-paying customers who fill a prescription also get a free year of the Here TV streaming service.

You answer a short set of health questions online, and you may be asked for a photo ID and a picture of yourself. A licensed provider reviews it, usually within 24 hours. In some states a live chat or video visit is required, and the provider will reach out to set it up.

Care comes through MD Integrations, a nationwide network of board-certified clinicians, and PrideRx says it serves all 50 states. Patients must be 18 or older. Once you're approved, LillyDirect or NovoCare contacts you by text or email to take payment, and the medication ships to your home, usually within about 72 hours.

PrideRx doesn't name a medical director.

You can cancel or reorder anytime from your PrideRx account, and PrideRx says it contacts you before a refill is billed. Prescription medication can't be returned once it's dispensed, and all medication sales are final. Damaged or lost packages go to PrideRx's care team by phone or email.

PrideRx doesn't publish a refund policy for the membership fee itself. Ask whether the $25 first-month fee comes back if a provider decides a GLP-1 isn't right for you.
