LVNG RX Review: Price, Pros & Cons

LVNG RX sells three compounded GLP-1 programs: a semaglutide injection, a tirzepatide injection, and a lower-dose "microdose" plan aimed at metabolic health rather than aggressive weight loss. Each is a flat-rate monthly program. LVNG says the quoted price includes the online provider visit, the prescription, discreet home delivery and ongoing check-ins, with no consultation charge and no surcharge when your dose changes.

Its homepage runs a new-patient offer: semaglutide from $90 a month, next to a crossed-out $249, and tirzepatide from $149, next to a crossed-out $299. The treatment pages don't show a price. Treat the lower number as the starting price, and before you pay, confirm three things at checkout: what you'll be charged in month two, whether that changes at higher doses, and when the offer ends.

You see one bundled total. LVNG's terms explain that it combines the pharmacy's fee for the drug, the medical group's fee for the provider, and LVNG's own platform fee. Shipping is free and takes two to three days. You don't need insurance, and you pay nothing if you're not approved.

Programs are subscriptions. By placing a recurring order, you authorize a charge right away and again every 30 days until you cancel. LVNG says it sends a notice five to seven days before each charge and a receipt afterward.

The cancellation rules appear in two places and don't match. The terms say you can cancel up to 48 hours before your monthly processing date by turning off auto-refill in your portal. The FAQ on the treatment pages asks for 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. To be safe, cancel at least 30 days ahead, and get a written confirmation.

Refunds are limited. Consultations, visits and filled prescriptions aren't refundable once services begin or the medication is processed.

LVNG RX LLC is a technology platform. It doesn't practice medicine, write prescriptions or dispense drugs. Independent, U.S.-licensed providers do the clinical work, and partner compounding pharmacies in the U.S. prepare the medication. LVNG doesn't name the medical group, a medical director or the pharmacies.

You start with an online eligibility check and consultation. If a provider authorizes treatment, the pharmacy ships it, and you get structured check-ins and direct messaging with your provider afterward. You must be 18 or older and physically in the state of your shipping address when you consult.
