Neuvé Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Neuvé, which also goes by Neuvé MD, sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in six versions: a standard weekly injection, a lower-dose "microdose" injection, and a daily oral rapid-dissolve tablet for each drug. Every version has a discounted first month and a higher monthly rate after that, and the pricing page lists both.

The standard injection is the version most people start on. The microdose plans cost less and the oral tablets cost more, especially for semaglutide. Look at the ongoing monthly rate for the version you want, not the first-month price, since that's what you'll pay from month two on.

Neuvé now says plainly that the plan price includes the prescribed medication when approved, the clinician's consult and review, access to the clinical team, discreet shipping and injection supplies. There's no separate patient consult fee. The standard injectables are compounded with vitamin B12.

Lab testing isn't included. When your clinician decides you need it, panels start at $45, and Neuvé confirms the price before charging you. You can also upload qualifying results from your own doctor instead.

Neuvé is cash pay and doesn't bill insurance.

The first step is a three-minute assessment with no card required. A U.S.-licensed clinician, a physician or nurse practitioner from an independent network, reviews your chart, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Most people never need a call, but if your history or your state requires one, a 15-minute video visit is scheduled.

If you're prescribed, a state-licensed pharmacy prepares the order with dosing instructions and supplies. It ships in two days, cold where needed, and reorders are scheduled automatically. You can message the same care team between visits about side effects, dose questions or plateaus.

Neuvé is run by Neuve Health, LLC, in Gilbert, Arizona. It says care is available in all 50 states, but not every treatment is offered everywhere. The assessment tells you what's available where you live.

You can cancel your membership from your dashboard at any time, with no contract and no cancellation call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are split between two parties. Neuvé handles its own membership fees, which aren't refunded once a billing period starts. The exceptions are if a clinician decides Neuvé isn't right for you before any billed visit or prescription, or if you were charged in error and report it within 30 days. Refunds for medication, labs and treatment go through the clinical partner shown in your patient portal, under that partner's own terms. Ask which company bills you for what before you enroll.
