What Näky charges
Näky prices its compounded injections by plan length, and the price is the same at every dose. There's no membership fee on the compounded plans, and shipping is free.

The "starting at" prices in Näky's menus are the six-month rates, paid in one charge. After the intake your card is held, and it's charged only once a provider approves a plan. Näky is cash pay only. It says HSA and FSA acceptance isn't available yet.

Brand-name pills and microdosing
Näky also sells two FDA-approved pills, the Wegovy pill and the Foundayo pill. Those are billed differently. The drug starts at $149 a month and is priced dose by dose, and a $125 monthly membership is added on top. Every dose price is listed before you start.
Separate microdose plans for semaglutide and tirzepatide are also listed, alongside NAD+ and sermorelin injections. A lower-dose marketing label does not establish that a plan is safer or appropriate for you; ask the prescriber. Näky's care model maps a low start, a settled dose and an eventual taper off the drug, with maintenance and transition support included in the plan.
Who prescribes and who fills it
Näky is a brand of Naky Health LLC in Aliso Viejo, California. It isn't a medical provider or a pharmacy. An independent physician group writes the prescriptions, and Näky says about 90 licensed providers work with it. It doesn't name the group, a medical director or its pharmacies, describing them only as licensed partner pharmacies with traceable 503 sourcing. Ask who will fill yours.
The intake is a free online assessment of about three minutes. Most provider reviews are done within one business day. Once the pharmacy prepares your medication, it ships free by two-day delivery in insulated packaging. Näky doesn't publish its list of states; you find out during the intake.
Refunds and canceling
You can cancel future refills and renewals from the patient portal at any time. The first order is different. Once it has gone to the physicians for review, it can't be canceled, even before anything is dispensed. Näky's refund policy says fees aren't refundable, and prescribed medication can't be returned.
