Elevate Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Elevate Health sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each on two plans: a monthly subscription, or a three-month plan that brings the monthly rate down. Monthly plans are $139 for semaglutide and $169 for tirzepatide. The quarterly plan reduces those equivalents to $99 and $149, billed every three months. The offer page says the price stays the same across doses. The homepage also advertises a $200 discount, so check which price your cart actually shows before you pay.

If you'd rather spread the cost, Elevate offers Affirm and Klarna payment plans on its three-, six- and twelve-month plans. FSA and HSA cards work with every plan. The price covers your medical care and provider guidance, and Elevate includes a free lab panel.

The product list also includes a brand-name Zepbound program. Elevate's safety page says it doesn't offer Zepbound or any branded tirzepatide, which contradicts its own product list, so ask support which is right before you choose that route.

You complete an online medical intake, and a licensed provider reviews it to decide on a treatment route. The prescribers are physicians contracted through MDIntegrations and TelegraMD, and Elevate itself is a patient management platform that handles the administrative side. To qualify you need a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with certain related conditions.

If the physicians decide you aren't eligible, Elevate refunds 100% of what you paid. Once you're approved, medication usually arrives within seven to ten business days. Each shipment includes a multi-dose vial, syringes, alcohol wipes and a supply of anti-nausea medication. The compounding is done by state-licensed pharmacies, which Elevate doesn't name.

Providers and support usually answer messages within 24 to 48 hours. You can also call the team from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern.

Elevate advertises no contracts and canceling anytime, but its cancellation policy has a catch. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of paying only if you haven't started the process. Cancel after you've begun the assessment and there's a $150 early cancellation fee.

To cancel a subscription, email support with the subject line "Cancel my account" or call. Skipping a refill form or leaving sign-up unfinished doesn't count as canceling, and the email route doesn't apply to its 12-week program. Orders already sent to the pharmacy aren't refunded.
