Blis MD sells compounded semaglutide from $109 and compounded tirzepatide from $159, but those are the starting-dose prices. Each order is one vial, a one-month supply, and the price goes up with the strength of the vial as your weekly dose rises.

Tirzepatide follows the same pattern, starting at $159 for a vial covering 2.5 mg a week and climbing in steps to $270 for a vial covering 15 mg a week.

There's also a three-month kit called the Blis Reset, which bundles three vial strengths with syringes and alcohol pads at a lower total than buying them one at a time. There are no doctor's fees or subscription fees, and shipping is free. Compounded semaglutide with pyridoxine is also sold as thirty oral tablets, from $159 to $349 depending on strength. Those tablets are not FDA-approved oral semaglutide products.

Each product page sells a one-time purchase, not an auto-refill plan. Once your medical forms are approved, Blis MD says you can reorder whenever you need to, following your dosing plan. That means nothing renews by itself, but it also means you have to remember to order the next vial in time.

You can start two ways. Book a free virtual consultation first, or, if you already know what you want, order from the shop and complete a short medical intake of about five minutes. A licensed clinician reviews it, and Blis MD says most patients are approved and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Medication comes from a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy, which it doesn't name, in temperature-controlled packaging.

Blis MD is a Florida-based virtual clinic. Its founder and medical director is a primary care physician with more than 17 years of practice, though the site doesn't give her name. It currently serves 29 states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming.

After you're set up, you can message your practitioner in your account, and Blis MD says replies come within 24 hours. Its tirzepatide plan lists check-ins every two weeks.

Blis MD doesn't take insurance of any kind, but HSA and FSA cards work. It doesn't publish a written refund policy. Its FAQ says that if you're not satisfied, support will adjust your plan, suggest alternatives, or walk you through refund or exchange options depending on the product. Ask what applies to a compounded vial before you order, since medication usually can't be returned once it ships. Blis MD also sells testosterone, sermorelin, NAD+ and other peptides from the same shop.
