Rivo Health's headline numbers are its annual-plan rates. Compounded semaglutide starts at $149 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $199 a month when you sign up for a year. The month-to-month prices shown beside them, struck through, are $279 and $389.

That's a big gap, so decide how sure you are before you commit to twelve months. Rivo also sells one-, three- and six-month supplies at discounts it advertises as savings off retail. Its FAQ says final pricing depends on the treatment, plan and medication, and appears during checkout. Read the plan length and billing schedule there carefully.
Rivo accepts FSA and HSA cards and mentions an insurance concierge, though its GLP-1 plans are priced as cash pay.

Injections or pills, plus a bundled membership
Both drugs come as weekly injections or as oral versions. Each plan includes Rivo's Fridays membership at no extra charge: unlimited provider visits, nutrition and mental health coaching, one-on-one dietitian support, and a fitness app called SESH.
The same account also sells longevity treatments such as NAD+ and sermorelin, men's health products, and sleep and hair treatments.
How approval works
You answer an online assessment first. The doctors are from Rimo Health, a network of U.S.-licensed physicians whose screening criteria decide whether you're ruled out. If you pass, a Rimo Health clinician meets with you after checkout to decide whether to prescribe. Prescriptions aren't guaranteed, and Rivo promotes a simple rule: if you don't qualify, you don't pay.
Medication is made by licensed compounding pharmacies that Rivo doesn't name, and Rivo notes your vial won't look like the ones in its photos. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
