Navio MD Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Navio MD's weight-loss menu is built around tirzepatide. Compounded tirzepatide is listed at "as low as" $189 a month, shown against a crossed-out $299. Brand-name Zepbound KwikPens are listed from $445 a month. Navio doesn't say which dose each starting price buys, so ask what your second and third months will cost before you pay.

You pay upfront, in full. The price on the product page includes the online assessment, an on-demand virtual consult with a licensed provider, and free two-day shipping. Starting doses also come with anti-nausea medication and vitamin B12 at no extra charge. Insurance isn't used, but Navio accepts HSA and FSA cards.

There are two ways to pay for care. NavioMD Basic is one price that covers the visit, the treatment plan and the medication, with no membership and nothing recurring. You pay when you want a refill.

NavioMD Support costs $75 a month on top of medication. It adds up to two extra provider visits a month and ongoing guidance between refills. You can cancel it from the patient portal under account settings. If you're comfortable messaging only at refill time, Basic is the plan to start on.

Navio's providers are online from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week, and it says a visit can happen the same day you sign up. A licensed physician reviews your intake and recommends a treatment.

All prescriptions go to one pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub, which fills both compounded and brand-name orders. Navio says an approved order ships within 24 hours, and that a visit finished before 4 p.m. Eastern qualifies for two-day delivery. Later visits ship the next business day.

Navio's refund policy is short. If the provider decides you aren't eligible, you get the medication cost back, but the visit fee is kept because the visit happened. Once the pharmacy has processed and shipped a prescription, it can't be returned or refunded. Damaged shipments go to support for review.

Navio operates in 48 states. It doesn't serve Alabama or Mississippi, and its intake checks your state before you're charged.

• If you want semaglutide rather than tirzepatide, ask support what's available before you start an intake.
• Ask what the visit fee is, since that's the part you don't get back if you're turned down.
• Ask whether the $189 price holds as your dose goes up.
• Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved. Navio's product page says so plainly.
