REMEVi Review: Price, Pros & Cons

REMEVi sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, plus an oral semaglutide tablet, on three plan lengths:

• Every 4 weeks. Pay as you go, cancel any time.
• 12 weeks. Paid up front, at a lower rate per four weeks.
• 24 weeks. Paid up front, at the lowest rate per four weeks.

Each plan has one price at every dose, and REMEVi says the price doesn't go up at renewal. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on every plan, and the oral tablet costs more than the semaglutide injection. Prices are quoted per four weeks, not per calendar month, so a year on the every-four-weeks plan is 13 charges.

The plan price includes the clinician's evaluation and follow-ups, the medication if it's prescribed, injection or dosing supplies, shipping, and the GLP-1 lab tests your clinician requires. There's no membership fee, and the health questionnaire is free with no card needed to start.

REMEVi's other selling point is language. The questionnaire, the clinical evaluation, dosing instructions, the patient portal, billing and its care coordinators all work in Spanish or English, and you can switch at any time. Coordinators are available seven days a week.

Clinicians in the OpenLoop network who are licensed in your state review your questionnaire, usually within 24 hours. If they prescribe, one of four named 503A pharmacies prepares the medication: RedRock Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York, or Triad Rx in Alabama. REMEVi says orders are dispatched three to five business days after approval, followed by two-day shipping. Check the pharmacy name on your label.

You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Send the request at least 72 hours before your billing date, or the next charge still goes through. You get a full refund if you cancel within 72 hours of signing up before any service is provided, or if a provider disqualifies you for a medical reason.

On a 12- or 24-week plan, you're refunded for the months in which no medication was shipped. On the every-four-weeks plan, the month you cancel isn't refunded.

REMEVi also offers a results guarantee. If you follow your treatment plan and don't lose at least 5% of your starting weight, it reimburses the cost of your medication. You need an active subscription, completed check-ins and medication taken as prescribed, and REMEVi may ask for your weight records and refill history.

REMEVi doesn't offer brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
