How AgelessRx prices its GLP-1 plans
AgelessRx advertises its clinician-guided GLP-1 plan from $139 a month. That starting price applies to the four-month plan. Monthly and two-month plans are also offered, and they cost more per month, so check the total at checkout for the plan length you pick. Ask which medication and dose the price covers before you pay.
You see a single subscription total. AgelessRx's terms explain that it bundles what the pharmacy charges for the drug and what the medical group charges for the provider's time. Shipping is free and discreet, and HSA and FSA cards work. AgelessRx doesn't take insurance and won't give you paperwork for out-of-network reimbursement.

Microdosing and brand-name options
AgelessRx also sells low-dose plans. Microdosing semaglutide is advertised from $99 a month, and microdosing tirzepatide is $109 for the first month. A full-dose tirzepatide price isn't published up front.
Brand-name drugs are sold as separate "access and monitoring" plans: the Wegovy pill from $199 a month, Wegovy injections from $264 and Zepbound from $364. It also sells metformin from $25 a month and a B12 injection from $110.
Who prescribes and who fills it
You fill in an online medical intake, and AgelessRx matches you with one of its in-house, U.S.-licensed providers. Some states require a short video visit, usually five to ten minutes, before approval. It's free, and any member can ask for one. You'll be asked for an ID and a selfie. Its medical director is Dr. Jenell Decker, MD.
You aren't charged for a prescription until you're approved. Orders are filled by U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies (ones that mix each prescription for a named patient), which AgelessRx doesn't name. It says each partner pharmacy holds a certificate of analysis for its products, and some carry LegitScript, NABP or PCAB credentials. Ask support which one will fill yours.
After you start, you get unlimited provider messaging, dose changes when needed, and recurring check-ins. Support is by email, phone or the patient portal.
Pausing and canceling
Plans can be paused or canceled at any time, but the terms set a deadline. Cancel at least 48 hours before your next processing date, by emailing support, or you'll be billed for the next round. AgelessRx serves only the states where it operates and doesn't publish a list, so confirm yours during sign-up.
