GobyMeds sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in bundles. The advertised $99 and $133 a month are its three-month starter bundles for first-time patients: $299 for twelve weeks of semaglutide and $399 for twelve weeks of tirzepatide. Each bundle includes the medication, the consultation, an injection kit and shipping.

After the starter, the price depends on the highest weekly dose in your plan.

The single-month price is the most expensive way to buy. The page also lists Zepbound at $1,399 and Wegovy at $1,695 monthly. Coupon figures on the same page carry a December 2025 expiration, so confirm any current discount instead of relying on them. There are no membership fees, GobyMeds doesn't bill insurance, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

GobyMeds doesn't run subscriptions. Its terms say every order is a single payment, with no automatic renewals. When a bundle runs low, you place a new order and go through any required review again. That means no surprise charges, but also that you need to reorder in time to avoid a gap.

You start with a 60-second quiz, then a licensed provider in its network reviews your information and decides whether to prescribe. GobyMeds says medication can arrive in as little as three days. It doesn't name the pharmacy, saying only that orders go to 503A or 503B pharmacy partners. Its medication may include additives such as B12, B6, NAD+ or glycine, so ask what's in yours. The company lists an address in Dover, Delaware. GobyMeds says provider-reviewed care is available across all fifty states; medication still depends on clinical eligibility.

If you cancel before clinical review begins and before anything is prescribed or shipped, GobyMeds refunds what you paid for that order. If a provider reviews you and doesn't prescribe, the terms provide for a refund as well. Once a provider has reviewed your information, or you change your mind after a prescription is written, some costs may be kept. Once the pharmacy has dispensed or shipped the medication, that part of the order generally can't be canceled or refunded. Cancellation requests go to customer support by email.
