EOS Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

EOS Health sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide on one-, three- and six-month plans. The price is the same at any dose, and the longer the plan, the lower the monthly rate.

The $99 a month in its ads is semaglutide on the six-month plan, and it applies to your first six months only. That term is billed as one $594 charge. After it, the plan renews every six months at a higher rate. The three-month and one-month plans cost more per month to start with, and each of them also steps up after the first term. Before you pay, write down two numbers from checkout: your first charge and your renewal charge.

Tirzepatide is priced on the same plan selector and costs more than semaglutide. New patients currently get a welcome credit on their first GLP-1 order, applied automatically.

Each formulation comes plain or with glycine or B12 added, and your clinician makes the final choice. The price includes the clinician's review, follow-up care, the medication and free expedited shipping. You're not charged unless a clinician prescribes, and you don't need insurance.

EOS Health is a platform, not a medical practice. Clinical care comes from Arora Health & Aesthetics, a Seattle medical group. EOS publishes its pharmacy list too. Prescriptions are filled by one of several 503A compounding pharmacies depending on the drug and your state, including GoGoMeds in Kentucky, The Pharmacy Hub and Hallandale Pharmacy in Florida, and Strive Compounding Pharmacy.

You complete a short intake covering your health history, BMI, current medications and allergies. A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews it and follows up through the patient portal, with video and secure messaging available. No office visit is needed. Which medications are available can vary by state, so confirm yours during the intake.

You're charged for the first term when you finish the intake form. If a provider disqualifies you for a medical reason, you get a full refund.

To cancel, email support or use the chat in your patient portal at least 72 hours before your billing date. If you're late, you'll be charged once more and the cancellation takes effect at the next billing date. You keep service through the end of the cycle you've paid for, and medication already delivered is yours.

Apart from a medical disqualification, the policy says there are no refunds when you cancel. That matters most on the six-month plan, where one charge covers half a year. Damaged or incorrect medication is replaced by the pharmacy if you report it right away.
