Tyde Wellness Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Tyde sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections, in two strengths. The microdose tier is a lower-dose plan, and the full-dose tier is standard weight-loss dosing. Each comes on a one-, three- or six-month plan, and the longer you commit, the less you pay per month. Within a tier, the price stays the same at every dose, so a dose increase doesn't raise your bill.

Semaglutide follows the same layout at lower prices. New patients get $150 off a first full-dose order on a three- or six-month plan, which is where the low "starting at" figures in Tyde's banners come from. Check what the plan renews at after that first order.

Tyde says there's no separate monthly membership fee and no hidden fees on its cash-pay GLP-1 plans. The plan covers the clinician's review, your prescription, ongoing messages with the care team, weekly check-ins through the patient portal, and free two-day shipping. Tyde says medication usually ships within one to two business days of approval.

You can also book a free GLP-1 consultation with a clinician before you commit. Tyde adds low-dose naltrexone tablets as an optional extra for people who stall, priced separately.

The medical practice is Tyde Medical Center, and its chief medical officer is Dr. Kelly Kassick, a board-certified family medicine physician who co-founded the company. A licensed clinician reviews your intake, which Tyde says happens within 24 to 48 hours (its FAQ promises as little as four hours). Your dose isn't raised on a fixed schedule. The provider adjusts it based on how you're responding.

Tyde doesn't make medication itself. It names five partner compounding pharmacies on its pharmacy page and says the one used depends on your location and prescription. Ask which will fill yours. Tyde serves all 50 states.

Plans renew automatically. Cancel through the patient portal or by email, before the renewal charge goes through. A request that lands on or after the renewal date doesn't stop that charge.

If a provider decides treatment isn't right for you, Tyde refunds you in full. After a renewal, refunds are at Tyde's discretion and can be reduced by processing fees and the cost of any medication already ordered or shipped. Dispensed medication can't be returned, even unopened. Tyde may change plan fees with 30 days' notice by email.
