NP2GO Review: Price, Pros & Cons

NP2GO is a nurse-practitioner practice based in Edmond, Oklahoma, and it publishes its full GLP-1 price list. You choose between two programs.

Pay As You Go prices the medication by dose and adds a $99 provider visit every three months. Compounded semaglutide starts at $150 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $250 a month, and both climb as your dose rises.

The Month-to-Month Membership has no visit fees and uses monthly check-in forms instead of quarterly visits. Its prices move in two or three bands rather than with every dose step.

Which program costs less depends on your dose. Spread over three months, the $99 visit adds about $33 a month to Pay As You Go. With that counted, Pay As You Go is lower at the starting dose of each drug and at 1.7 mg of semaglutide. The membership is lower at most other doses, and at the two top tirzepatide doses it saves about $150 to $200 a month. If you expect to move up the dose ladder, compare the two at the dose you'll likely end up on, not the one you start with.
