Heva Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Heva Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on three plan lengths: month to month, a three-month program and a six-month program. Every plan is billed monthly, so the longer programs lower the rate without a big charge up front, and the price stays the same at any dose.

Month-to-month semaglutide is $199; a three-month commitment is $189 per monthly payment and six months is $174. Tirzepatide is $399 month to month, $339 with three payments, or $299 with six payments. Its current product page excludes Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana and South Carolina. The plan covers the virtual doctor consult, the medication, supplies and free overnight cold-chain shipping. Both medications are compounded with B12 and glycine. It's cash pay only, but HSA and FSA cards work, and Heva will give you a superbill to file for out-of-network reimbursement.

Month-to-month plans can be canceled anytime from the member portal, with no fees. The three- and six-month programs are different. Heva calls them commitment-based pricing, and says leaving early may mean an early cancellation fee or paying the rest of the term. If you aren't sure you'll stay six months, the extra savings may not be worth that risk.

You can also pause for a month or switch treatments from the portal.

Direct Access is the simpler route. You fill out a health questionnaire, and a licensed provider reviews it and messages you, usually within a day. A few treatments need a short video call. If labs are needed, Heva mails a kit for an at-home blood draw.

Concierge Care is a fuller functional-medicine program at $349 for the first month, then $99 monthly, with lab panels and provider visits tailored to the plan. Medication is billed on top at its plan rate. It's offered in 12 states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Nevada, New York, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. The standalone health assessment is now $349. Separately, Wegovy, Zepbound and oral Foundayo prescribing is listed at $99 monthly for medical care only; the pharmacy medication charge is additional.

Heva Health LLC runs the platform. Its terms say the clinicians work for Beluga Health, P.A. and similar professional groups. The site profiles four of its clinicians, including a naturopathic doctor who serves as chief clinical officer, a physician assistant and two nurse practitioners. You'll see your own provider's name and credentials in the member portal.

Prescriptions ship from state-licensed partner pharmacies in temperature-controlled packaging, with tracking by text and email. Heva doesn't name the pharmacies. Its terms allow a full program refund when treatment is clinically unsuitable or canceled before the prescription reaches pharmacy fulfillment; medication becomes non-refundable after that cutoff.
