NuuVim bills in three-month blocks
NuuVim has no month-to-month plan. Every compounded GLP-1 plan is billed as one payment covering three months, and the monthly figures it advertises are that payment divided by three. The price is the same at every dose, shipping is free, and there's no membership fee on top.
The headline prices are introductory rates for people new to GLP-1s:

After the first three months, and for anyone already taking a GLP-1, NuuVim charges its standard "current user" rate instead. For semaglutide that's $399 per three-month block, or $133 a month. Tirzepatide also steps up to a higher standard rate. Check the "Current User" tab on its pricing page so you know what your second payment will be.

Check the plan total, billing period and cancellation terms before you enroll. A clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Injection or oral liquid
NuuVim sells each drug two ways: a once-weekly injection, or a daily sublingual liquid you hold under your tongue. The oral versions are priced separately. You'll see their price once you choose them.
Brand-name drugs are available too, at very different prices. Ozempic starts at $1,498 a month and Zepbound at $1,892 a month. NuuVim doesn't take insurance.
Who prescribes and who fills it
The intake is a short medical questionnaire, and NuuVim says it takes about five minutes. A physician or licensed nurse practitioner from one of its affiliated medical groups reviews it and decides whether to prescribe. You don't need a prior prescription. Generally, adults 18 and over with a qualifying BMI and health history are eligible. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and some medical histories, such as an organ transplant, can rule you out.
NuuVim names two partner pharmacies in its terms: Hallandale Pharmacy and VialsRX. The medication ships to your door. After you start, you can message your provider by secure text and have scheduled check-ins.
NuuVim's terms say it serves all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., but some medications or formulations may not be available everywhere because of state pharmacy rules.
Before you pay
- Budget for the standard rate from month four on, not the introductory one.
- Ask how canceling works within a three-month block. NuuVim advertises "cancel anytime," but since you've prepaid three months, find out what, if anything, comes back.
- If you want the oral liquid, ask its price and how it's shipped before you start the intake.
- Contact support by email if you need help. NuuVim doesn't list a phone number.
