Bodi Envi Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Bodi Envi sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections at one price per drug, the same at every dose. What lowers the price is paying further ahead. You can pay month to month, or buy a three-, six- or twelve-month plan paid in one charge. The twelve-month plan has the lowest monthly equivalent, and Bodi Envi shows how much each prepaid plan saves against paying monthly. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on every plan.

There's no membership fee and no consultation fee, and the assessment is free. Insurance isn't billed, but FSA and HSA cards work, and Klarna is offered for spreading out a prepaid plan. Shipping charges, if any, appear at checkout. Bodi Envi also sells lower-dose "micro-dose" versions of both drugs.

Bodi Envi was founded by Ashley and Shaun Padgett, who have run Padgett Medical Center, two in-person weight-loss clinics in Florida, for more than 16 years. The online business is based in Tampa.

Medical care comes from Wasef Health, PC, led by Dr. Wasef, an internal medicine physician licensed in all 50 states, with a team of nurse practitioners. Prescriptions go to VialsRx, a 503A compounding pharmacy (one that mixes each prescription for a named patient) in Tomball, Texas. Bodi Envi serves patients in all 50 states and shows LegitScript certification. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

You complete an online health assessment first. In most states, care happens by questionnaire and secure chat with no appointment. Where a live visit is required, you pick a short video or audio call. Paying doesn't guarantee a prescription; if you don't qualify, you're refunded.

Once the pharmacy prepares your order, it ships by UPS two-day service. Nothing ships or arrives on weekends or holidays. Messaging with a provider is available around the clock.

Brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro are available too, at self-pay prices. Zepbound starts at $1,399 a month and depends on the dose.

Read this part before you buy a long plan:

• Once a provider has issued your prescription, that order can't be canceled or refunded. You can still cancel future orders.
• There are no partial refunds on three-, six- or twelve-month plans.
• Dispensed medication is non-refundable once processed or shipped.
• A package the carrier marks as delivered won't be replaced. If it's missing, you pay for a new order and file a claim with the carrier yourself.
• Report a dispensing error to the pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery.
