Idgie Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Idgie Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on monthly, 3-month and 6-month plans. The "from" prices in its ads are the 6-month rates. Month to month, you pay the most.

The longer plans are charged in one payment and then renew at the same interval, so a 6-month semaglutide plan is $687 at checkout and $687 again in six months unless you cancel. Semaglutide's monthly plan is marked as one price for all doses. Ask whether tirzepatide works the same way before your dose goes up.

Idgie says the plan includes the provider evaluation, all medication and injection supplies, a dose schedule set by your provider, unlimited messaging with your provider and free shipping. Its banners say there's no membership fee. Its terms of service read as if written for a different program, though. They describe a membership fee, a low-testosterone program and another company's pharmacy network, and they say the online visit and any labs aren't covered by the fee. Ask support to confirm in writing that the plan price is the whole charge.

Besides the weekly injections, Idgie sells an oral semaglutide and lower-dose microdose versions of both drugs. NAD+, sermorelin, B12 and hair products are on the same account, and some add-ons are offered only on 3-month plans.

Idgie Health is the trade name of Feel Better Health Group, LLC, a management company. It doesn't prescribe or dispense anything itself. Its provider disclosure names Arora Health & Aesthetics in Seattle, with Dr. Sean Arora listed by his NPI number.

Prescriptions ship from a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy, meaning one that compounds each order for a named patient. Its pharmacy disclosure names VialsRX in Houston. Idgie says services are available in all 50 states, and notes that some medications or formulations can vary by state, and certain states require an in-person visit before some drugs can be prescribed.

The refund policy is one sentence long. Idgie doesn't accept returns of prescription products, and all sales are final. The only exception it lists is an error in filling your prescription, which you report to support. The policy text also contains leftover filler copy about products with "clean design and honest materials," which doesn't apply to a pharmacy service.

Because of that, treat a prepaid plan as spent once you buy it. Before you choose 3 or 6 months, ask how canceling works between renewals and whether a declined prescription is refunded.
