Levity has closed
Levity was a GLP-1 weight-loss subscription. Its site now says it has closed that service and moved patients to its sister brand, ZipHealth, which offers a range of weight-loss treatments with a licensed provider.
You can't sign up with Levity any more. If you were a Levity patient, your options are to continue with ZipHealth or start over with another provider. Prescriptions don't transfer between telehealth companies, so either way expect a new medical review before your next shipment.
