Vyora Wellness Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Vyora Wellness charges a flat monthly price for its compounded GLP-1 injections, and it doesn't change as your dose goes up. Compounded semaglutide is $299 a month, across doses from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg. Compounded tirzepatide is $399 a month, from 2.5 mg to 15 mg. Both are compounded with glycine and sold as four-week subscriptions. Vyora's line on this is that the price you see is the price you pay, regardless of dose changes.

There's also a microdosing tirzepatide plan at a fixed 1.5 mg dose, billed $399 every two months, and needle-free semaglutide and tirzepatide tablets that dissolve in your mouth. Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on how you ship. Vyora doesn't bill insurance, but it gives you documentation you can submit for reimbursement yourself.

Beyond the medication, the price covers access to your care team, round-the-clock coach access, GLP-1 nutrition guidance, and a private support community. To qualify for standard dosing as a new patient, you need a BMI of at least 25.

You start with a medical intake form, and a licensed provider reviews it. Vyora is a platform, not a medical practice, and the providers come from partner medical groups it doesn't name. If you're approved, the prescription goes to one of the licensed 503A compounding pharmacies Vyora works with, which mix each prescription for a named patient. Vyora says it's connected to 25 of them, but it doesn't say which one will fill yours. Vyora also doesn't publish a list of the states it serves.

Monthly subscription products ship every three weeks, and an order can go out up to two days early. You manage the treatment plan in the patient portal and billing in your account.

This is the policy to read before you pay. You only get a refund to your card if a provider doesn't approve your order. Any other approved refund is issued as a credit on your Vyora account, which doesn't expire. If your prescription has already been approved and sent to the pharmacy, a $50 doctor review fee comes off that credit, even if nothing has been filled yet. Once a prescription is filled and dispensed, it can't be refunded at all.

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account or through support, and it ends at the close of the current billing period. Unused time generally isn't refunded. Report a lost or damaged shipment within three business days, with photos. Disputes go to individual arbitration in Delaware, and you have 30 days to opt out.
