What a LIV membership costs
LIV is the online weight-loss program of WellNow, the urgent-care chain. It sells a membership for compounded semaglutide, and the price depends on your dose and how you pay:

The higher dose needs your provider's approval. Paying for three months at once saves $20 a month, or $60 in total. The membership includes the medication, supplies and unlimited virtual visits, and LIV says there are no hidden fees.
It isn't billed through insurance. HSA or FSA funds may work in some cases, so check with your benefits administrator first.

Who can join
LIV serves only five states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. You need to be over 18 with a BMI over 30, or over 27 with a weight-related condition such as high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
Visits happen by secure video with a licensed medical provider, who decides whether a prescription is right for you. Semaglutide is the main medication. LIV says its providers may also prescribe compounded tirzepatide when it fits, but it doesn't publish a price for it.
Who fills it and how it ships
Your medication ships by FedEx from Logos Pharmacy in Tampa, Florida, in discreet packaging. Allow five to seven business days after your prescription is approved, and contact support if it hasn't arrived by then.
Canceling, and what to ask
To cancel, log in to your profile, open Memberships and follow the prompts. Support is available by email or phone if that doesn't work.
LIV doesn't spell out its refund rules or when a renewal is charged on its public site. Ask both before you pay, especially if you choose the three-month option. Compounded semaglutide isn't FDA-approved.
