Trava Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Trava prices its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by the strength your provider prescribes. Lower doses cost less, and the price moves up as your dose does. You can pay one month at a time or buy a quarterly package that ships three months together, which Trava says saves up to 33%.

At the starting dose, semaglutide is $117.96 month to month. On the quarterly package it works out to $88.65 a month, a saving of $87.92 over three months. Tirzepatide starts at $178.98 month to month, and the quarterly package takes $94.96 off. The product pages list semaglutide strengths from 0.25 mg to 2.5 mg and tirzepatide from 5 mg to 15 mg, each with its own price, so pick your expected dose on the product page to see what later months will cost.

Every month you can review your options and choose the dose and price that fit. Your provider has the final say on the dose.

The plan price includes the doctor consultation, ongoing support and free next-day shipping. Trava says there's no membership fee and no add-on fees. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. You're charged only after a doctor writes your prescription.

Trava's semaglutide and tirzepatide contain vitamin B12, and its FAQ says so plainly. If you want a version without B12, Trava doesn't offer one. The medication arrives ready to use, with no mixing.

You fill out a questionnaire about your health and goals. You're then matched with a provider licensed in your state, and you chat with them after the questionnaire. Trava's listed providers include an emergency medicine physician and an internal medicine physician.

• Confirm your state before you pay. Trava's FAQ asks whether it ships to all 50 states but doesn't give a clear answer, so check that you can be treated where you live.
• Decide between monthly and quarterly before checkout. The quarterly package costs more upfront.
• Ask how to cancel or change your plan and how much notice you need before a renewal. Trava's pricing page raises the question but doesn't spell out the answer.
• Ask whether insurance plays any part. Trava's pricing is built around cash and HSA or FSA payment.
