The injections come with a 5 mL vial and a home kit, and shipping is free and expedited. A banner across Alyve's site shows compounded tirzepatide at a higher monthly figure than the product card does, so check the total at checkout. Alyve is cash pay only. It doesn't take insurance and isn't enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid.

The drops and PermeAct
The drops use what Alyve calls PermeAct, a delivery technology it owns and says improves absorption through the lining of the mouth. Those are the company's own claims. The drops are compounded medications and have not been reviewed by the FDA, and neither have the compounded injections.
The price gap runs in different directions. Semaglutide drops cost more than the semaglutide injection, while tirzepatide drops cost less than the tirzepatide injection.
Who prescribes and who fills it
Alyve, Inc. describes itself as a managed services organization. It doesn't employ physicians. Independent licensed providers working through affiliated professional entities review your assessment and decide on treatment. Alyve says approved medication is delivered in less than 48 hours.
Prescriptions go to pharmacies and compounding facilities in Alyve's network, which it doesn't name. You can also ask for your prescription to go to a pharmacy you choose. Services are for adults 18 and older in states where its providers are licensed, and there's no published state list.
Billing, refunds and things to check
Care plans renew automatically at the frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel through your account settings before the next billing date.
Charges are generally non-refundable once an order is processed. The exceptions are damaged products, loss in transit, and treatment that becomes unavailable. In that last case you can take an alternative your provider suggests, a platform credit, or a prorated refund for the unshipped part of a prepaid plan, paid within 30 days.
- Alyve's terms still contain unfilled placeholders where the support email and governing state should be. Get a working cancellation contact in writing before you pay.
