What Trinity Meds charges
Trinity Meds advertises compounded semaglutide from $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $149, billed month to month with free delivery and no membership fee. The price is meant to include the online medical visit, the prescription and shipping. Insurance isn't used. FSA cards are accepted.
The price sits under a "Was $299" label and a countdown clock, but the deadlines have come and gone with the price unchanged. The site says the monthly price stays the same "for life" and at every dose.

Who prescribes and who fills it
Trinity Meds runs the platform. Prescribing is done by licensed providers in the OpenLoop Healthcare Partners network, and the review can be a live video visit or an asynchronous review of your answers, depending on your state. Trinity says many patients are approved right after the assessment.
It names the four pharmacies that fill its prescriptions:
- RedRock Pharmacy in St. George, Utah
- Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky
- Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York
- Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama
All four are 503A compounding pharmacies. Processing and delivery usually take four to five business days. You have to be at least 18.
Refunds and canceling
Trinity's cancellation policy is strict. Every payment is final and non-refundable once it's made, for single months and multi-month bundles alike, whether or not you use the service. Not finishing the intake or never filling the prescription doesn't qualify you for a refund.
The one exception is a provider deciding you're not medically eligible. Then the plan is canceled and you get back the unused part, minus the cost of the consultation or review already done.
To stop the next charge, your cancellation must arrive at least 72 hours before the billing date. Cancel later than that and you pay one more cycle. You can cancel by email, by phone, or in your account.

- Treat the first payment as final. Don't pay until you've read the cancellation terms and you're sure about the start date.
