Fridays Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Fridays sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide on plans of one, three, six or twelve months, with a matching discount code for each length. The pricing comparison section lists $249 a month for semaglutide and $359 for tirzepatide on month-to-month plans. Hero offers currently advertise annual promotional equivalents of $99/$198, alongside $279/$389 standing annual captions; the other section still shows $150/$240 annual equivalents. Confirm the selected plan total and renewal charge. Its pricing shows two numbers per drug: a standing monthly rate on an annual plan, and a much lower promotional figure you reach by entering one of those codes. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on both.

The gap between the two numbers is large, so it's worth knowing which one you'll pay after month one. The banner says prices are locked in forever. Fridays' payment terms say a discount applies to your first payment only. Before you check out, ask what your second charge will be and whether it holds through the plan.

There's no membership fee, sign-up fee or lab fee on the compounded plans. HSA and FSA cards work.

Medication, unlimited provider visits, nutrition and mental health coaching, and one-on-one dietitian support are bundled into the price. Members also get live workouts, support groups and the Fridays app. A meal prep service is offered for an extra cost.

Fridays also has brand-name options, priced separately. Ozempic runs $1,498 a month and Zepbound $1,828 on a month-to-month plan. The Wegovy pill starts with a $49 first-month membership, with the medication billed on top. The $98 ongoing membership floor requires an annual plan. Fridays also offers insurance assistance for eligible branded prescriptions.

You take a short quiz, and a clinician reviews your answers and sets your plan. Prescribing is done by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and other medical networks, and your card statement will show OpenLoop rather than Fridays. Fridays is run by Thrive Health Group, Inc. in Irvine, California.

Its terms name Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. Ask which one will fill your prescription. It doesn't publish a list of states it serves; your state is checked during the quiz. You must be 18 or older.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each term. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 72 hours before your billing date, by email or in your account. You keep access until the end of the cycle you've paid for.

Refunds are narrow. If a provider finds you medically ineligible before services begin, you get that billing cycle back in full. Otherwise, all fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel mid-plan or don't get the results you wanted. There's no credit for unused months on a longer plan. Medication can't be returned once it ships; damaged or wrong items are replaced, not refunded. Missing a provider appointment, or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice, can bring a separate fee.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
