MultiMedRx Review: Price, Pros & Cons

MultiMedRx sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as a program billed every four weeks. Semaglutide is $139 for the first cycle and $199 after that; tirzepatide is $179 initially and $299 thereafter. The first-month price covers the provider evaluation, the prescription if you're approved, four weeks of medication and shipping.

There's a cheaper way to buy if you're sure you'll stay. Choosing a six-month supply at your first checkout locks in MultiMedRx's lowest per-month price, and its fine print says the advertised offers need a "pre-paid total" and may vary by state. Ask for the regular four-week price and the six-month total side by side before you choose.

The program fee covers medication only up to a set amount per cycle, which its FAQ gives as 10 mL for tirzepatide. If your dose climbs, ask what happens to the price.

You start with a short medical history form. Before treatment, the up-front cost is a telehealth appointment fee and a patient care fee, and MultiMedRx says both are refunded if you're found ineligible. Care happens mainly by live video visit, and you can also book by phone. Eligibility depends on your BMI, health history and lab results, and you must be 18 or older.

MultiMedRx names its team. Its providers include Dr. Adam Mizeracki, a cardiologist, and physician assistant Jennifer Faggionato, alongside nurses and a family therapist. Patients describe a coach who checks in by text. The main office is in Newport Beach, California, with a telehealth location in Reno, Nevada.

MultiMedRx also prescribes brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound and says it accepts most insurance for those. With insurance, the drug may be picked up at your local pharmacy. The program fee itself isn't covered.

The homepage says MultiMedRx is a licensed pharmacy that compounds semaglutide and tirzepatide in-house. Its FAQ describes it as a patient management platform working with independent providers. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription if that matters to you.

MultiMedRx doesn't publish a full state list. Its providers page names California, Connecticut, Florida and Ohio, and the FAQ says to complete the intake form to find out if it serves your state.

There's no long-term contract unless you pick one. The standard plan runs on four-week cycles, and you cancel by emailing the team.

Returns are narrow. Unopened, unused products can be sent back within 30 days, but refrigerated items can't be returned at all, sale items aren't refundable, you pay return shipping and a restocking fee may apply. Approved refunds take up to 14 business days. In practice, assume a shipped GLP-1 order is final and cancel before the next cycle bills.
